Tasting notes

The number 21 refers to the frost hours during the growing season.  This low number indicates a relatively warm year, and you can almost go back in time to that glowing summer in the dense aromas of ripe berries, cherries, plums and figs.  In your mouth, the wine spreads juiciness everywhere: blueberries claim the high ground, raw beef takes the bass, and the middle is a chewy swirl of tooth coating tannin and plummy ripeness.
